Ok just because I saw their pics from their 1 year birthday... I have to post their 18 month pics!! I really need to come back and update the blog about what they are doing and how big they are as well!

Vacation

We are currently on vacation for 3 weeks in Arizona! I just realized how long it has been since I have updated the blog.  They definitely keep me busy these days.  I will go back and update once we get back from vacation!!

Party Day

We celebrated J & A's 1st Birthday today!! It was a small party but very enjoyable. The theme was Thing 1 Thing 2 by Dr Seuss

the past week

Well we had to postpone the first Birthday party. :(   Everyone (except Brianna) came down with a cold. We've had them a week now. It's awful. I took the babies in last night to be checked and Jackson has a dual ear infection. Addison just has a cold. Thankfully no RSV or Flu!!  I hope the coughing passes quickly because it seems like it hurts them. 

Jackson has gotten his 5th tooth also the last couple of days while being sick!! Addison's bottom two teeth are still coming in (they have taken forever to really start being able to see with the eye vs touch).   Besides teeth, Addison has started clapping this past week!! She LOVES to clap her hands. :)  She is so cute while doing it too (well she's cute all the time but you know what I mean). 

Brianna is doing good.  Although i think she is finally coming down with the cold that we all have. I was hoping she wouldn't get it.  She is getting so big. She has started spending more and more time with Friends at their houses. I let them come over to our house as well quite often... I want her to feel like she can (and wants) to bring her friends home.

Happy First Birthday

March 12 2012 - It's my babies first birthday!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe the last year has gone by as fast as it has. They are amazing! They love to crawl and cruise along the furniture! No sitting still anymore for these two! We are trying more and more solid foods (mommy is having a hard time transitioning since they are still 9 months adjusted).

They are also still putting absolutely everything in their mouths. They love to try and eat paper!! Some of the favorite toys are their toy barn with animals and their mega blocks. Course they don't build with the mega blocks, they mostly just eat them and carry them all over the living room. They love items that play music as well.

Rattles still capture their attention as do books. Addison still uses the swing every once in a while but i'm sure we'll have to put it away pretty soon (it swings pretty slow). They both still love to bounce in their jumperoo's.

New favorite (when the weather is nice) is going for a walk in their wagon! They love it!! They love to climb on people if they are sitting on the floor :)
